To address a new target group investing smaller budgets in real estate projects a digital investment portal was developed, enabling a shareholder model and an easy and quick way to digitally invest in real estate. The biggest challenge was to keep the investment journey as user friendly as possible, while keeping it aligned with official banking rules and getting all the info needed to become an investor (which is a lot).
