The client is a startup, the product an online platform in the venture capital sector. The official launch is planned for the course of 2024. My role was initially a moderating one: In a joint UX workshop, I refined the product concept and tried to uncover critical points, developed USPs in comparison to competitors. I also aimed to more closely define the various actors on the platform, outlining their flows and journeys. The result was a compact UX concept with a summary of the key features, complete with elaborated flow diagrams and various user personas, including their motivation and context. The next step is to create a prototype based on this foundation.
